Senior Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish,from pre-construction to post- construction, etc. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. Work experience must specialize in low/mid/high- rise residential buildings development and construction. Extensive Ontario same-role work experience is required.

Residential Construction Site Supervisor (mid/high-rise condos)

The Construction Site Supervisor will provide overall leadership for on- site field supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of on-site employees, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel. The site superintendent is responsible for directing and executing work according to the project plan, executing work on time, maintaining a safe workplace, and promoting and enhancing the company image. Site Supervisors will be 'hands on' when required. The project is located at Welland, ON. Extensive Ontario same-role work experience is required.

We are looking for a confident, innovated, entrepreneurial-mindset candidate. Functions and Duties. You will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of managing complex sales and marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to launch projects, monitor project sales performance, as well as report on sales progress, and other duties as needed. This role will lead the project sales launches and events, organize investors, brokers, clients, and public relations activities, working closely with sales team, lawyers, and consultants to plan pre-construction sales launch.
